Telehealth appointment required to determine eligibility
If the doctor determines that the patient meets criteria for a rapid COVID test:
• Patient must get swabbed SAME DAY as telehealth appointment
• Patient will be swabbed from car in the parking lot
• Patient must wait in the car until results are finalized
• Patient will be contacted with results via telephone
